We are pleased to share the news that Rosewood Communities has started construction on their 2nd Home for HOPE. The home is located in the Greystone Cottages subdivision of Greer, South Carolina. We are thankful to Mark Nyblom and his passion for both home building and helping people in the world’s hardest places pull themselves out of poverty.
Rosewood Communities first Home for HOPE generated $90,000 for the mission and ministry of HOPE International. The donated funds are used to finance small business loans to entrepreneurs in the most impoverished countries, allowing them to lift themselves out of poverty. Rather than taking handouts, microloans allow people to start their own businesses and feel the sense of pride and dignity that comes from taking care of themselves and their families.
