Mr. Stephen Brooks, CEO of Grand Homes and H4H Board member, proudly presented Homes for Hope’s first “Vendor of the Year” award to Peter Alexander, CEO of BMC at their annual National Meeting in Las Vegas on January 10th.
We are thankful to BMC for their generous contributions to Homes for Hope projects in 2012. By donating materials to builders such as Grand Homes, who then construct a Home for Hope and donate the proceeds, BMC has played an integral part in helping to ease both physical and spiritual poverty in some of the world’s most underserved places by doing what they do best, providing building materials.

How it works. Homes for Hope, working in partnership with HOPE International, a Christ-centered, faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, utilizes the funds to empower entrepreneurs in 16 countries around the world by providing biblically based business training, savings services and access to capital in the form of small micro-loans in order to help families work themselves out of poverty and restore their dignity.
