Homes for HOPE Announces Three New Board Members

Aug 18, 2023

The Homes for HOPE team is elated to announce the addition of three new members to our already esteemed board of directors. We are looking forward to learning from each of them as we seek to continue growing this organization together for greater impact unto the glory of God.

Oscar Antillon – Vice President of New Business and Development at Schuber Mitchell Homes

Oscar’s work at Schuber Mitchell started at the very beginning of the company as one of its very first employees. Over the last decade, his guidance has led Schuber Mitchell Homes to new markets and products with excellence. Oscar is an experienced leader who leads with heart and provides direction and expertise to every area he oversees. His innovative, fresh ideas keep his teams on the cutting edge of new products and opportunities.

Oscar started as a trade partner installing kitchens and bathrooms for Schuber Mitchell Homes and faithfully worked his way up to the leadership team of what is now one of the country’s largest, most successful building companies. He played a key role in growing Schuber Mitchell Homes to reach #88 on Builder Magazine’s Top 100 Builders list. Oscar immigrated to the U.S. from Mexico as a boy and learned hard work from his father, who provided for his family by laboring as a farmhand to this day! Oscar is a creative and gifted leader who, in addition to his vast knowledge and skills related to running a building company, brings a much-needed perspective to our team, having served at every level from trade partner all the way up to management. Schuber Mitchell Homes have completed three Homes for HOPE projects during Oscar’s time with the company, and he is currently leading the charge for their fourth. Get to know Oscar and his family by watching this video. Welcome Oscar!

Greg McCall – Co-Owner, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Visionary/Inspiration Officer of McCall Homes

Greg McCall, co-owner of McCall Homes, is an experienced builder and long-time resident of Josephine Crossing. Among the neighbors, he is commonly referred to as “The Mayor.” In the office, Greg manages the growing team at McCall Homes and helps Brad (brother/co-owner) and Carolee (sister/co-owner) plan the future of the company. Having grown up in Billings and then graduated from the University of Montana, Greg is proud of his home state. As much as he loves being a Montanan, he adores raising his family of four, along with his wife, Erin, in the neighborhood they conceived and built.

Under Greg’s leadership, and in partnership with their generous trade partners and suppliers, McCall Homes have completed three Homes for HOPE Projects and have more planned for the future. Greg and his wife Erin have also visited HOPE’s work in the Dominican Republic. More importantly, Greg has served as a trusted confidant, is a building industry sage, and consistently provides God-honoring guidance imbued with compassionate spiritual wisdom. He is most passionate about people knowing and becoming more like Jesus. Please watch this video to get a taste of Greg’s inspiring leadership. Welcome Greg!
