Rausch Coleman Launches Their First Home for HOPE

Oct 20, 2022

Rausch Coleman Homes continues their partnership with Homes for HOPE by launching their first Homes for HOPE project! Building on their generous grant given in 2017 that is still to this day being recycled to alleviate global poverty, Rausch Coleman Homes is excited to extend the opportunity to get involved to their valued trade partners, suppliers, and service providers who will donate or discount their services as they come together to build one of their beautiful homes. Once the home is sold, the collective profit will be donated to Homes for HOPE who will deploy the funds through their microenterprise development programs across 20 countries.

With more than 65 years of experience and over 30,000 homes built, Rausch Coleman Homes is recognized as one of the top builders in the United States, offering quality construction at a price you can afford. They are thankful to give individuals and families the opportunity to start their journey to homeownership by producing the best quality, affordable homes.  Their mission is simple – Improving quality of life, one home at a time. Rausch Coleman Homes, honors God through our commitment to Integrity and Excellence in all aspects of homebuilding which makes them a trustworthy builder for their clients an ideal partner for Homes for HOPE.

In 1955, at the age of 19, Buddy Coleman built his first home; it sold for less than $4,000. As he gained momentum and started his own company, Buddy was faced with a question of great importance: what type of builder did he want the company to become? Mr. Coleman chose to provide quality housing people could afford. In his own words: “I wanted to ensure that everyone could realize the American Dream of Homeownership, not just the fortunate ones.”

John R. Rausch, Buddy Coleman’s grandson, has been working side-by-side with his grandfather since he was 8 years old. John’s education, combined with more than a decade of mentorship from Buddy Coleman, prepared him well to become the Chairman/CEO of Rausch Coleman Homes in 2006. In recent years, John R. Rausch has led the company with new operations in Texas, Alabama, and beyond.

Homes for HOPE counts it a great privilege to serve alongside Rausch Coleman Homes as they embark on their first Homes for HOPE Project.  A launch event will be held on 10/24 at 11:30AM at Wright’s BBQ in Johnson, AR.
