Betenbough Homes renews their partnership with Homes for HOPE!
Since first launching their partnership with Homes for HOPE back in 2014, Betenbough Homes has impacted countless families as we strive together to alleviate global poverty in all its forms – material, social, personal, and spiritual. Their recent gifts totaling $66,000 will allow HOPE to initially serve 2,640 families this year, and more beyond that as the talented men and women HOPE serves around the world build their business and pay their loans back, enabling us to recycle those repayments into even more loans!
Betenbough Homes, West Texas’ number one new home builder, was founded in 1992 when father and son, Ron and Rick Betenbough teamed up to deliver quality homes in Lubbock at the most competitive price. The pair built 11 homes that inaugural year, launching a business built on providing home buyers with more home for less money, and an unparalleled home buying experience.
Betenbough Homes has built nearly 12,000 homes since then, in communities across Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, and Odessa. They are an employee-owned company committed to build, serve and impact the communities they call home. Their mission, defined by those three words – Build. Serve. Impact. – perfectly aligns with Homes for HOPE!
As builders, God has given them a passion to gather resources, add some vision and organization, sprinkle in diligence and hard work, and create something that didn’t exist before. Creating something new requires faith and courage, and Betenbough Homes believes that God has blessed them with both, just like the entrepreneurs HOPE has the privilege of serving. They want to be faithful stewards of every opportunity God has given them to serve others.
