In 1993, Jim McCall founded McCall Homes. But Jim and his family (sons Greg and Brad and daughter Carolee) didn’t want to become just another home builder or developer. They wanted to do something unique and meaningful. They wanted to build more than just quality homes. They wanted to build a neighborhood. A place where Jim could watch his grandkids grow up right in front of him, and a place where Brad, Greg and Carolee would all have a built-in babysitter! More than that, they wanted to do it responsibly- in a way that didn’t contribute to urban sprawl, and that would be affordable for all.
