Representing Builders – Stephen Brooks, CEO of Grand Homes, is a third-generation builder with 50 years of experience in the building industry. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and holds an MBA from the University of Miami. In 1996, Mr. Brooks earned the prestigious Lee Evans Award for Excellence in Business Management by the National Association of Home Builders and was named by Builder magazine as “America’s Best Builder” in 1996 and 2011. Consistently a top 100 builder, Mr. Brooks is passionate about creating homes that exceed expectations and deliver exceptional value to his customers.

Representing Suppliers – Paul Evans is a native Texan with over 40 years in construction. He is the VP of Millwork for BFS, where he has been for over 29 years. He is a voting member of the ICC (International Codes Council). He has been an instructor with the NHBA University Housing for over 20 years and a Master Instructor for 6 years, where he teaches sales and marketing, customer service, and negotiating skills. He travels the country teaching classes for CE Credit for the NAHB, BFS, the AIA and for National Builders. Paul was Voted “Educator of the Year” in 2015 by the NAHB and “National Speaker of the Year” by Toast Masters in 2012. He graduated from Lamar University school of engineering. He also earned his MBA from Rice University.

Representing Trades/Kitchen & Bath – Oscar Antillon is the Vice President of New Business and Development at Schuber Mitchell Homes. His work at Schuber Mitchell started at the very beginning of the company as a trade partner doing kitchens and baths, which led to him becoming one of their very first employees. Over the last decade, his guidance and excellence have led Schuber Mitchell Homes to new markets and to develop innovative products. Oscar is an experienced leader who leads with heart and provides direction and expertise to every area he oversees. His creativity and fresh ideas keep his teams on the cutting edge of new products and opportunities.

Representing Consultants – Jeff Shore‘s highly sought-after sales keynote speaker sessions inspire audiences across the globe to change their mindset and change their world. As an in-demand sales keynote speaker, author, and consultant for over three decades, Jeff has a unique ability to connect with audiences personally and transform how they look at what they do, inspiring meaningful and lasting change.

Representing Professional Women in BuildingAmy Druhot is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in new construction. She currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Eastwood Homes. She has been recognized with numerous awards, including Woman of The Year and Sales Manager of the Year from the Home Building Association of Virginia. Amy is committed to fostering diversity and leadership within the industry, exemplified by her involvement in the Women’s Leadership Circle and her founding of Professional Women in Building RVA. She is also a sought-after keynote speaker, certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coach from Cornell University, a member of The House That She Built Executive Leadership Team, and serves on the HBA’s Board of Directors. Amy’s dedication to excellence, leadership, and empowerment continues to shape the construction industry.
