After starting a drywall business at age 20, Ben built his first home at 23. He began a homebuilding business in 1999. Ben has a passion for his faith, his family, and developing the people who work at Capstone Homes. Ben has always believed the best way to deliver a quality product at an exceptional value is through systems, not shortcuts. Over the years, Ben and his team have developed many innovative systems and processes that save time, money, and manpower. These systems are a big reason Capstone is known to deliver great value year after year, without compromising on quality. Ben lives in Minnesota and has been married to his high school sweetheart Rachel since 1996. They have 5 amazing kids who are now young adults. Ben and Rachel are passionate about living out their Christian faith in the marketplace.

Appointed CEO of Betenbough Companies in December 2023, she leads the board and drives initiatives aligning with the company’s purpose to reveal God and His Kingdom through its work. Passionate about integrating faith into business, Jeanna inspires other leaders while championing the company’s culture. She and her husband, Andrew, have three children and enjoy traveling, basketball, and volleyball.

Prior to this, he spent 15 years as a pastor, honing his skills in leadership, public speaking, and motivation. David’s unique ability to exceed sales goals and his deep industry knowledge make him a sought-after consultant and trainer in the homebuilding industry.

Ryan, a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, has 20 years of experience in real estate and ministry, specializing in sales, property management, construction, project management, and commercial real estate finance & insurance. He holds Real Estate and Insurance licenses and runs a consulting agency, Connecting Leaders Worldwide, Inc. As an expert in start-ups and events, Ryan has led over 6,300 events, managed more than 50 staff and 1,100 volunteers, and served over 250,000 participants. He has mentored thousands of real estate and business leaders across the US as a coach with The Masters Program and founder of Redemptive Real Estate, which has built a network of owners and managers serving over 1,000,000 residents and stewarding over 100B in real estate with the goal of maximizing Kingdom Impact.
