Oct 14, 2024

ADDISON, TX – Grand Homes continues their legacy of faithful partnership spanning 16 years with a generous donation of $400,000, which will enable HOPE to serve ~16,000 families this year! CEO Stephen Brooks and his team love to engage in building dreams of men and women who are living in poverty around the world. Hear why Stephen and Beau Brooks love the work of HOPE in their own words in the video below.

Grand Homes is a two-time America’s Best Builder – awarded by BUILDER Magazine – and is a nationally recognized, award-winning leader in the homebuilding industry. Grand Homes’ recognition as America’s Best Builder is backed by years of dedication to innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and homeowner satisfaction. For over 36 years Grand Homes has been building dreams in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area by creating classic homes of enduring value, quality, and style. They are committed to providing their customers with exceptional designs that fit their lifestyle.

The Grand Homes team is also committed to giving back locally, nationally, and globally. By investing in the work of Homes for HOPE, Grand Homes helps to restore dignity and break the cycle of generational poverty in families and communities through discipleship, solidarity groups, biblically based business training, small loans, and savings services. As the small loans are repaid, the money is sent back out as more loans to serve even more families and cover local operational costs, allowing us to average greater than 100% operational self-sufficiency in the countries where HOPE works.

Homes for HOPE is so grateful for Grand Homes’ heart to serve and come alongside incredible entrepreneurs in giving them a hand up, not a handout. If you or someone you know would like to join Grand Homes in partnering with Homes for HOPE, please don’t hesitate to visit homes4hope.org/welcome to set up a meeting with us.
